Three things

Adoption is a stakeholder problem, not a software problem. Most implementations go well enough at go-live. Lasting adoption is a different thing, and it falls short when the bases weren't covered — building it right, or getting back in to clean it up… That's what turns a delivery into an account that keeps paying off on both sides.
I know how to get results out of a vendor. Knowing how to escalate, how to phrase a ticket so it lands, and what the platform will and won't do is a skill that doesn't appear on a feature list.
Calm scales better than urgency. I started my career on election-day deployments, where there is no maintenance window and no rescheduling the go-live.
